Founded in 2022, Step By Step Allied Health is a fun, friendly and passionate paediatric therapy team serving the Camden area.

We’re dedicated to helping children and young people thrive through positive, personalised and innovative therapy that is tailored to their individual needs, strengths and goals. 

​

We work collaboratively with families to achieve meaningful outcomes, build confidence and support each child to reach their full potential. Most importantly, we celebrate every step along the way and are proud to be part of each child’s journey!

Steph Damaso

Founder & Lead Occupational Therapist

Steph is the founder and lead Occupational Therapist of Step By Step Allied Health. Graduating from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours), Steph has a passion for helping young people from birth to young adulthood achieve their goals. When not in the clinic, you can find Steph reading a book, enjoying a cup of tea, or playing with her dog Char-Lee.

Rachael Magrin

Occupational Therapist

Graduating from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Rachael also brings to the team a history in Diversional Therapy. When not in the clinic, Rachael enjoys the occasional movie marathon, reading, and having spontaneous dance parties.

Monique Carney

Occupational Therapist

Monique graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Monique's favourite thing about being an OT is using a holistic approach to help children and young people grow and achieve their goals. When not in the clinic, Monique enjoys reading, drawing and painting, and catching up with her friends.

Occupational Therapy Assistant

Currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Western Sydney University, Amelia loves supporting young people in achieving meaningful, client-centred goals that contribute to bigger, more fulfilling outcomes within their loves. When not in the clinic, Amelia can be found attending a local market, hanging with her friends, and eating lots of food.

Chloe Price

Occupational Therapist

Chloe graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Chloe is enthusiastic about supporting young children by developing their skills so that they can participate in all their meaningful activities. When not in the clinic, Chloe enjoys feeling the sun on her skin as she goes for a walk, embroidery, and listening to music.

Occupational Therapist

Graduating from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Cait loves supporting children to develop the skills they need to thrive and succeed in everyday activities, making a meaningful impact on their lives and working in partnership with their families. When not in the clinic, Cait can be found enjoying long walks on the beach, reading a good book and playing with her dog, Bear.

Emily Wilson

Occupational Therapy Assistant

Emily is currently completing a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Western Sydney University. Emily values working closely with families to support children build their confidence, gain independence, and develop skills in meaningful everyday activities. When not in the clinic, Emily enjoys travelling, going on walks with her family, and relaxing with a good cup of coffee.
